ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Tess is a qualified Myotherapist and Pilates instructor, and the owner of Nest Mildura — a thriving pilates community right here in our backyard.
A proud Mildura local, Tess grew up here with a love of sport, family and community. After studying Myotherapy and Primary School Teaching in Melbourne, she came home to the warmer weather (great choice, Tess!) and eventually combined her two great passions — movement and people - to create something special.
With a background in teaching and years of experience in Myotherapy and Pilates, Tess has a natural gift for making people feel comfortable, capable and energised - whether they're brand new to pilates or longtime regulars.
We couldn't think of a better person to lead our Mother's Day morning. Come along, move your body, and let Tess do the rest!
Want to keep the good vibes going after the event? Check out Tess's online pilates membership for women over 50 at nestmildura.com.au
